I’m still very carefully checking my numberings, though I can’t guarantee how long it will be before I forget at it all goes to pot again.
We are on the cusp of a mid-week heatwave – though that has a bit of a different meaning in Scotland to other places. It’s forecast to be 25 degrees on Wednesday, which is thankfully a far cry from the 35+ predicted in other parts of the UK.
I was reading a book yesterday one of the characters was in Louisiana and mentioned the first ‘cold snap’ of the year, with temperatures in the 60s. I have no clue when it comes to Fahrenheit and always have to look it up. For the similarly challenged – in the 60s Fahrenheit is between 15.5 and 20.5 degrees Celsius. As you might say in Scotland – that’s roastin and taps aff weather!

While I don’t think the ‘returned for the first time in 60 years’ is quite accurate as there was a Famous Five Trail in the last ten years, there are new Famous Five trails in Dorset. Stef has already visited them, and hopefully she will share some photos soon.
