The clocks went back last weekend, so the dark afternoons are officially upon us. We were a bit battered by the A-B-C storms, but not too badly. It has stayed fairy mild since then, though just cold enough for me to be using our new heated blanket when I’m sitting reading. It’s my new favourite thing.
